Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide!

  • International delivery times vary by country (usually 7–21 business days)

  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be applied upon delivery

 

Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure fast and secure delivery.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.


Delays & Lost Packages

YULI Lash is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs.

If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist you in locating your package but are not liable for stolen or lost packages once marked as delivered.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer
