Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.
Delays & Lost Packages
YULI Lash is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs.
If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist you in locating your package but are not liable for stolen or lost packages once marked as delivered.
